Today was a really beautiful sunny day:) I have worn my hair up a lot this week due to all of the rain. Who likes frizzy wet hair? Not this girl!
Today was a pretty relaxing day:) So..... I went for one of my go-to over sized cable knit sweaters and my comfy jeans. I did add a splash of color with my scarf to brighten things up a bit.
You can dress up an outfit just by adding a scarf, and in this case a headband. You know, that way it doesn't seem like I'm being a total slob;) Since, I sort of didn't do my hair today.
I tried to get a close up of my scarf. I love the color and texture! I tied it a new way too. I've been finding so many new and fun ways to wear a scarf. Which is good, since I'm sort of a scarf hoarder and have maybe between 30 and 40. Maybe not that many. I need to get rid of the ones I don't wear as often. Some of them have never even been worn. Hmmmmm......I'm sensing a give-away in the future;) lol
This is the headband. I made it several months ago. The headband I got at the Dollar Tree. I already had the ribbon and the medallion. A glue gun and a minute later and voila! Not to shabby for $1. I'd say that's a fabulous find!
These are my ooohhhh so comfy sneaks. They are a super fabulous find!!! $3 Gotta love a $3 comfy shoe that is sturdy:)
Thanks Wal-Mart. I guess I can now take back a few of those bad things I've said about you from time to time.
I think they may have actually been little boys. I wear like a women's size 7 but can wear kids 4's and 5's sometimes. Very helpful in clearance situations!! lol
Have you got any fabulous finds to share?
I've been thinking about doing a brief video tutorial on some cute ways to wear your scarf. Hey..... then I could also do a scarf give-away. What do you think? Please leave a comment and let me know:)
Stay Fashionable! Love, Candy
